Ryan directs our server operations, high-availability caching, and automated queue systems. With TWS OS running thousands of asynchronous SMS, billing, and scheduling queries every minute, he guarantees secure and robust performance metrics.
Ryan handles the development of our backend microservices and API gateways. He manages integrations with external services like Stripe Connect, ensuring transaction-grade and HIPAA-compliant data routing.
